Your order will be dispatched by the best available fulfillment centre, which may or may not be the closest one to you. We have centres through the UK, US, CA, and AU.

3. How do I track my order?

The postal system automatically assigns your order a tracking number once payment is processed. However, tracking may not be available until the factory picks, pack, and ships your order. This may take a few days before you can start tracking your order. If you still cannot track your order after 3 business days, please follow the instructions below.

4. Where are the rest of my items?

We strive to provide our customers with excellent value so we are partnered with multiple factories instead of a single mega factory that may not be specialized in the products we sell. Since we ship from factory, your order may be fulfilled by several factories, which means your items will arrive at different times.
